Customers must provide accurate cargo descriptions and disclose fragile, hazardous, restricted or high-value materials before booking. Prohibited goods will not be carried.
Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, road restrictions, breakdowns, permits or events outside reasonable control.
Claims should be reported promptly with the LR, invoice and supporting evidence. Applicable liability and insurance terms will be stated in the confirmed quotation or consignment note.
